Please Note: These instructions are for ironing your patch onto cotton. For other fabrics or thicker garments, check the manufacturer’s recommended heat settings. For tougher fabrics, you may need to repeat steps 5 and 6 a few times to ensure a solid bond.

  1. Lay a thin cotton cloth (like a t-shirt or pillowcase) on a hard surface.
  2. Position the garment where you want the patch, face up.
  3. Place the patch on the garment.
  4. Cover the patch with a pressing cloth.
  5. Iron on high for 60 seconds with firm pressure.
  6. Flip the garment and repeat on the reverse side. Keep moving the pressing cloth to avoid scorching!
  7. Let it cool before handling.

Pro Tip: If the patch starts to lift, just reapply the heat to keep it stuck!
