Product Warranty

We design products that are meant to wear in, wear out, and win compliments. But if something fails along the way, we stand behind our work.

If your product has a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it for as long as you own it. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.

If something isn’t right, reach out and we’ll make it right.

Your tee doesn’t fit just right.
You were sent the wrong item
Your item is defective.
You found something else you want instead.
You just don't want it anymore.

How do I return an item purchased as part of a promotion?

To return an item that was purchased as part of a promotion, please email customer service with your order number and list the product you’d like to return. Common promotions are BOGO, gift with purchase, and product bundles.

If you wish to return only a portion of your order, the refund will be equal to the original price of the item reduced by the proportional discounted amount of the entire order value.

For example: Buy One, Get One Free: If your qualifying items are $30 and $20, your order total is $50 and the discount will be $20 (representing a 40% discount on your total order). If you wish to return an item, you are eligible to receive a refund equal to the original value, minus 40%. To receive a full refund, BOGOs, gifts, and bundles must be returned in full. If there are additional products in your order that are not related to a promotion, standard return policy applies to those products.

How to Return for a Warranty Issues

If your product became defective or shrank beyond normal wear and tear, we will take care of it! In the unlikely event that this happens to you, please contact help@thelandmarkproject.com with your order number and photo evidence of the damage to the product.

We Do Not Accept Returns After 45 Days

Within 365 days of purchase, we will send you a replacement or issue store credit for any products that become defective outside of normal wear and tear (see above).

Please note we do not accept the return or exchange of "final sale" items, stickers, patches, or gift cards.
The Pay it Forward tee is a gift from our team and may not be exchanged for another item. Other products listed on your order confirmation may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our return/exchange policy. Orders being returned must include this promotional gift item to be eligible for a full refund.
Mystery Bag tees may not be exchanged or returned. The only exception is if a t-shirt is damaged, or if there was a mistake with your order.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Exchanges/Returns Under 45 days - unwashed/unworn condition

The international customer is responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. A store credit will be issued for the value of any product that is returned to us within 45 days of the original purchase. A store credit is will be issued 1-2 business days after the product has been received.

We Do Not Accept Returns After 45 Days

EUROPEAN UNION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For customers residing in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right, please use this form and contact us at help@thelandmarkproject.com within 14 days of delivery and provide your order number along with your request for withdrawal. Use the template linked HERE .
Returned products must be sent back in their original condition. Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We're truly sorry when a package is lost or stolen. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to replace your package, but we certainly try our best to make it right.
