Free & Easy Exchanges (under 45 days, unwashed/unworn condition)

  • This tee doesn’t fit me just right.
    • No problem, that happens to everybody! We’ve included a pre-paid shipping label so that you can send it back to us in the same packaging. Fill out the returns form included on your packing slip and include it in the parcel. If you’ve already discarded this paperwork, contact us at help@thelandmarkproject.com to receive an electronic copy to print.
  • I was sent the wrong item / my item is defective.
    • Whoops, we humans sometimes make mistakes, we’re so sorry! But if this has happened to you, you’re luck is about to change. We’ll send your replacement at no charge - just contact help@thelandmarkproject.com and reference your order number in the email.  Include a short description of what’s wrong use your smartphone to show us a photo of the error. We may ask for defective items back, or we may let you keep it. 

Exchanges after 45 days

  • My product became defective/shrank (outside normal wear and tear).
    • In the unlikely event that this happens to you, contact help@thelandmarkproject.com and reference your order number in the email. We’ll provide return shipping instructions. Once we receive it, we’ll issue you a Gift Card for store credit for the value of the defective product.  You will be responsible for shipping costs on this one.
  • I’d like to exchange my international order.
    • Sorry, but if you live that far way, you’ll be responsible to ship the product back to us.  Once we receive the package, we’ll issue a refund in the form of store credit of the value of the product returned.

Easy Returns (under 45 days, unwashed/unworn condition)

  • I no longer what this item.
    • We’ll take it back! We’ve included a pre-paid shipping label so that you can send it back to us in the same packaging. Fill out the returns form included on your packing slip and include it in the parcel. If you’ve already discarded this paperwork, contact us at help@thelandmarkproject.com to receive an electronic copy to print. When we receive your parcel, we issue a refund for the cost of your order minus any outgoing shipping that may have been charged.
  • I’d like to return my international order.
    • We accept returns from international orders, but you’ll be responsible for shipping it back to us within the 45 day window.  Fill out the returns form included on your packing slip and include it in the parcel. When we receive your parcel, we issue a refund for the cost of your order minus any outgoing shipping that may have been charged.

We do not accept Returns after 45 days

    • We issue store credit or exchanges for any products that become defective outside of normal wear and tear.
